By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. f7999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all transactions voided, and any funds held pending further investigation. Knowingly allowing a minor to use your account is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The f7999 Platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Access may be restricted from certain jurisdictions based on local laws and regulations. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. f7999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and f7999 accepts no liability for any resulting legal consequences.
The f7999 Platform is for personal, recreational use only. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, acting as an agent for third parties, or using automated betting software or bots, is strictly prohibited. f7999 reserves the right to void all transactions and permanently close any account found to be engaging in commercial use without prior written authorisation.

Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the f7999 Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. f7999 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is detected, f7999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated transactions, and withhold any funds pending investigation.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. f7999 may request copies of identity documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. f7999 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. You must notify f7999 player support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Clause 3
Deposits and Withdrawals
f7999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit via mobile wallet is ৳100. The minimum deposit via bank card is ৳500. f7999 does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player and are not reimbursed by f7999. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to account verification requirements being met. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. f7999 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 5 minutes of approval for mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. f7999 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests before releasing funds.
f7999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. f7999 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal transaction where reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity exists. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.

Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses offered by f7999 are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the player attempts to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied. f7999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the f7999 Welcome Bonus of 150% up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is credited automatically to the player's balance following the first qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Qualifying deposit means any deposit of ৳100 or more made within 7 days of account registration. The Welcome Bonus cannot be combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise by f7999.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedged or low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions — is strictly prohibited. Where f7999 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonuses claimed, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account.

Responsible Gaming Obligations
f7999 provides every registered player with free access to a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, daily and weekly loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings section after login. Deposit and loss limits take effect immediately upon activation. Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. f7999 strongly encourages all players to use these tools proactively.
Players are personally responsible for managing their gaming activity within their own financial means. f7999 does not accept liability for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you must use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform or contact f7999 player support immediately. f7999 may contact players who exhibit signs of problematic gambling activity and may apply protective restrictions in appropriate circumstances.
Clause 6
Prohibited Conduct
Any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, or manipulation of the Platform is strictly prohibited. This includes attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account credentials with other players for mutual benefit, and placing bets designed to guarantee profits regardless of the outcome through coordinated play. Where fraud or collusion is detected, f7999 will void all associated bets and winnings, permanently close all involved accounts, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
You must not access or use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other player's use and enjoyment of the Platform. Automated access to the Platform using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any other automated means is strictly prohibited without f7999's express prior written consent. f7999 reserves the right to block, suspend, or permanently terminate any account found engaging in unauthorised use.

Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution
All content on the f7999 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of f7999 or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of f7999. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property owned by or licensed to f7999 may result in legal action.
If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, bet outcome, or account action, you must contact f7999 player support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. f7999 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. f7999's decision on any dispute will be final and binding unless clear and demonstrable evidence of a technical error is provided by the player. All disputes must be submitted in writing via the f7999 support contact email.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f7999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of enjoyment. f7999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms
f7999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, f7999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request closure of your account.
